Our Property Acquisitions team will perform and facilitate inspections and assessments of possible property acquisitions. They will monitor market trends and competitor activities. Additionally, our Property Acquisitions team will structure and negotiate purchase or leasing agreements.
We will be acquiring facilities in the United States to support our Transition Facilities where we will house all children from infants to 24 year olds.
Another project is our Millennium Women Housing where we’ll host women on welfare who have children. We will create facilities in larger cities to house 100 families.
