Our Housing Construction division will be focused on two areas simultaneously. First on campus there will be 850 homes which will be 1,500 sq ft and 12 will be 2,400 sq ft. There will be 100 models for residents to choose from. They will be townhouses with a 6′ walkway between them for privacy.
There are 16 layouts to choose from and the homes will be 4 bedroom/3 bath or the residence may choose to have a game, craft or theater room in place of one of the bedrooms.
These homes will be 3D Construction and will be able to be produced at a rate of 10 homes a day per 3D printer.
The second area of housing is for our Belizean residence. The town will eventually house 40 to 50,000 residence including children. We will have at least two 3D printers working in this new community that will be built just outside the campus.
