Our Construction Teams will be focused on three separate projects simultaneously. First is the campus, which including fencing is about 12,000,000 sq ft. We will be using 3D Construction printing. Leaders in the 3D construction industry are able to print 10 homes a day that average 1,500 sq ft. The larger printers can print the 4-story schools which are 425,000 sq ft.
At the same time we will be building an entire town to accommodate the 30,000 employees it will take to fulfill the needs of our project. This town will consist of nearly a million square feet.
The third construction project encompasses Destacar Jewel (Spotlight on Belize). We launch once we have 1,000 hotel rooms, 10 restaurants, 10 retail stores, one championship golf course and an amphitheater.
