Our Training Department will design and conduct training programs to enhance the skills and competencies of employees. They assess training needs, develop curriculum, and deliver training sessions to improve workplace performance and align with the company’s core values.
They will provide courses in etiquette, proper use of English, leadership, team communications, project management, negotiation, conflict resolution, time management, sales, emotional intelligence, unconscious bias, compliance, decision-making, presentations, intercultural communications, diversity, inclusion and equity training.
Our Training Department will also provide management training for our Directors.
